Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LimeLyne website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by LimeLyne (“LimeLyne,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
Overview
LimeLyne operates a technology-enabled financial marketplace designed to connect businesses with a network of independent financial institutions, lenders, and service providers (“Financial Partners”).
LimeLyne is not a bank, lender, or credit provider. We do not originate loans, extend credit, or make underwriting decisions. We do not guarantee approval, rates, terms, or availability of any financial product.
Our Services are limited to facilitating the intake, processing, and transmission of application data; evaluating potential eligibility through automated and manual processes; and matching applicants with Financial Partners based on a variety of factors. All financing decisions, offers, and terms are determined solely by Financial Partners at their discretion.
You acknowledge that LimeLyne acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator, and that any agreement you enter into for financial products will be directly with the applicable Financial Partner.
Eligibility & Authority
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
If you are applying on behalf of a business, you further represent that you are duly authorized to act on behalf of that business and to bind such entity to these Terms and any related agreements.
You agree that all information submitted through the Services is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission and that you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
Application Integrity
You understand that the integrity and accuracy of the information you provide are critical to the evaluation process conducted by Financial Partners.
You agree that all information submitted, including but not limited to business details, revenue data, financial statements, bank records, and identifying information, will be truthful, complete, and not misleading in any respect.
You authorize LimeLyne and its Financial Partners to verify any information provided, including through third-party data sources, documentation requests, and independent validation processes.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate rejection of your application, termination of access to the Services, and potential legal action. LimeLyne reserves the right to share such information with Financial Partners and, where appropriate, with regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Authorization to Share Information
By submitting an application or otherwise using the Services, you expressly authorize LimeLyne to collect, use, store, and share your information with Financial Partners for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for financial products.
This includes, without limitation, business information, personal identifying information, financial data, and supporting documentation.
You further authorize Financial Partners to review, analyze, and verify your information, to contact you directly, and to conduct any due diligence they deem necessary in connection with evaluating your application.
You acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with multiple Financial Partners and that LimeLyne does not control or limit the number of such partners who may receive your information.
Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and contact information through the Services, you provide your express written consent to receive communications from LimeLyne, its affiliates, and Financial Partners.
These communications may include:
- Telephone calls, including calls made using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages
- Text messages, including SMS and MMS messages
- Marketing, promotional, and informational communications
Such communications may be made even if your phone number is listed on any federal, state, or internal Do Not Call registry.
You understand that your consent to receive communications is not a condition of obtaining any financial product or service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us directly.
Electronic Communications & Signatures
By using the Services, you consent to receive all communications, disclosures, notices, and agreements electronically.
You agree that electronic records and signatures, including those provided through electronic signature platforms, shall have the same legal effect as physical, written documents and handwritten signatures.
You represent that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to receive, review, and retain electronic communications and that you will maintain the ability to do so for as long as you use the Services.
No Guarantee of Financing
LimeLyne does not guarantee that you will receive any offers, approvals, or financing through the Services.
We do not guarantee specific rates, terms, amounts, or timelines. All such determinations are made exclusively by Financial Partners based on their independent underwriting criteria, policies, and risk assessments.
You acknowledge that the availability and terms of financial products may vary significantly and are subject to change at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services solely for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree that you will not:
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, or business operations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies to access or extract data
- Engage in any activity that could harm LimeLyne, its users, or its Financial Partners
LimeLyne reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, in response to any suspected misuse.
Non-Circumvention
You acknowledge that LimeLyne invests significant resources in establishing and maintaining relationships with Financial Partners.
Accordingly, you agree that any Financial Partner introduced to you through LimeLyne constitutes a LimeLyne-originated relationship.
You agree not to circumvent, bypass, or attempt to bypass LimeLyne in order to directly engage with any such Financial Partner for the purpose of avoiding any fees, obligations, or compensation owed to LimeLyne.
This obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the Services and shall apply indefinitely.
Deemed Approval
You agree that any approval, offer, extension of credit, or financing obtained from a Financial Partner introduced through LimeLyne shall be deemed to have resulted from LimeLyne’s Services.
This applies regardless of whether such approval occurs immediately, at a later date, through a different communication channel, or following independent follow-up by you or the Financial Partner.
Fees & Compensation
LimeLyne may receive compensation from Financial Partners in connection with successful introductions or transactions.
In certain cases, LimeLyne may also charge fees to clients for facilitation or advisory services, which will be disclosed in a separate written agreement where applicable.
Third-Party Services
The Services involve interaction with third-party providers, including Financial Partners, communication platforms, and data providers.
LimeLyne does not control and is not responsible for the actions, decisions, performance, or availability of any third-party services. Any transactions or agreements entered into with Financial Partners are solely between you and those partners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
LimeLyne disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LimeLyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LimeLyne, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any information you provide.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Termination
LimeLyne reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
